Q. Are heat and hydro included in the rent?

A.  Yes. Heat and hydro are included in the rent.

Q. Are meals included in the rent?

A.  We serve one noon hour meal in the dining room. Residents are responsible for their breakfast and supper.

Q. Is there housekeeping services?

A.  Included in your rent is weekly housekeeping services and linen service.

Q. Do you have a laundry facility?

A.  We have laundry rooms on the first and second floor. Each room is equiped with 3 washers and 3 dryers, basin, folding counters, an ironing board and iron, clothes rack.

Q. Are your washers and dryers coin operated?

A.  No. The use of the laundry facility is included in your rent.

Q. Do you have recreation activities?

A.  Yes we have many. Our full-time Recreation Director is dedicated to providing our residents with activities each day, from fitness classes to musical entertainment.

Q. Do you have fitness programs for your residents?

A.  Yes, 4 times a week. Walking programs, friends and fitness, gentle stretching and circiut training. In addition to the traditional fitness classes, team games such as bocce, washer toss and curling are also part of the fun and fitness program.

Q. Do you have WI-FI?

A.  Yes, each apartment is on a secured wifi network while guests can gain access through a guest password.

Q. Do you have a games room?

A.  Yes we do have a games room. Our residents gather throughout the day to play a game of pool, darts, watch TV, play games and cards.

Q. Is parking included in the rent?

A.  We provide one parking spot per apartment.
