You’ve earned a break. Let our housekeeping team take care of your apartment for you. Our weekly apartment housekeeping includes:

  • Vacuuming, dusting, and mopping

  • Cleaning bathrooms

  • Laundry and changing of bed linens

  • Sorting and taking our garbage/recycling

Additional Services

• Painting, flooring, carpentry, locks, drywall, electrical, heating, plumbing and general troubleshooting.

•  If you need assistance hanging pictures, mounting shelves etc. such assistance may be arranged through a work order at the Front Desk.

If desired, additional laundry and ironing services are provided at a minimal charge.

Aside from housekeeping, we also offer general maintenance services, which are on call 24/7, 365 days a year.

Our common areas in the building are cleaned daily, with all areas being kept spotless for the comfort of our tenants. Exterior repairs and maintenance, including snow removal, grounds care, signage, roofing and preventative work are also a priority.
